The question was: Does love overpower intelligence? Or is love intelligent?

Okay - interesting - so here is my answer!
Love is not about force. It doesn't overpower - it overcomes.
It has the ability to transmute what it interacts with. Hate becomes understanding or tolerance. Sorrow becomes acceptance. Love is an energy of intention. Intelligence is an understanding of the proper applications of love, dissonance, distance, acceptance, holding, releasing etc.

So if we apply love intelligently - we achieve dynamic change both by internally applying it - and externally expressing it.
