Social Experiments in Hearing
Tiny tidbits. The responses to posts online - Trying to shift the thinking processes in how we talk to ourselves and what we put out there for others that we think is "about us".
No matter how "right on" a meme may feel - and you go "Heck yeah that is me", is it? Is it really you? Can it be? Only in part. That image or statement triggered a memory or a part of something that is similar - but we have to remember that we may share the journey but our story is 100% our own and must reflect that.
If you react with "that's me" - use it to open conversation within yourself. HOW? What is familiar and what isn't? Do I want that to be about me?

Just working out the processes - how to help others hear themselves 'differently".

I will pour into myself, all the love and acceptance I want to give to others. Only a full cup has enough to give. |
